What one person have you learned the most from in life?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for August 23, 2007:
Though I don't remember much of my childhood... I think the one person who helped formed the me i am now would be my Nanny (my fathers mother). Aside from her sisters always telling me that i remind them of her... and i do (inevitably) have some similar traits of both parents... she is the one i believe i recieved the most love and understsnding.
Family that knew both of my parents still wonder where i got my sense of selflessness and understanding. Though i only had my Nanny till i was 5... she was my world!
Since her... i have essentially learned about life on my own... though i am not saddened or complaining! Had i not gone through the things i did, and i went through some stuff... again, i don't think i would be the me i am now.
My parents had their own issues to deal with, which i learned of when i was in my 20's... and i had forgiven both of them before they died.
So aside from my Nanny... i would like to thank not only her but the Dieties for making me who i am today.
